Pretty simple, really. I've seen the reaction to my hot sauce firsthand at my restaurant (if you're in the Baltimore area, come by and say hi at Ruben's Mexican Restaurant!). I know that you can't just have one bottle.
As soon as you taste it you'll want to order another bottle and you can't stop, won't stop drizzling it on all of your food.
Take it to restaurants, over to friend's houses, and definitely keep extra bottles at home. Food will never be the same again, so give it a try and let me know what you think.
